I'm most disappointed in this company. All four pairs had issues. One was remade due to a damaged lens, subsequently both lenses chipped on the original pair. Customer service was seriously lacking. I have many glasses, I've never had an issue before. The sunglasses were broken on arrival. The company accused me of trying to get "free" glasses. Do not recommend this company. They gave me a partial refund, just tired of arguing with a poor business. Buyer beware.

I cannot they screwed up my order so bad. Didn't add the photochromic tints to both my pair of glasses. The customer service that I get from the person with the name TAYLOR is just terrible.
I will never trust Muukal again!!!
Mistakes in life happen but the way they deal with is so unacceptable.
This TAYLOR offers me a $50 coupon, what a joke of a company.
Now I have to make Canada dispute with my credit and company because they are impossible to deal with.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! Their website says you have 24 hours to cancel, I asked for a cancellation within hours of purchasing - had to email 4 times - they waited over 24 hours to answer and only gave me a partial refund!! Save yourself!! They are shady!!!!!
